Cat’s journey began in Orange County, CA, where she was raised and developed her passion for health and fitness. She attended Saint Louis University and earned her BS in exercise science in just three years, followed by an MS in athletic training in two years. While in athletic training school, Cat secured an internship at Exos, an elite athlete training facility in Phoenix, which ignited her career in sports medicine. After completing an athletic training residency in Houston TX, she moved to Phoenix in 2015 to pursue her doctorate in physical therapy at Northern Arizona University. Since then, Cat has specialized in orthopedics, dry needling, and has obtained medical golf certifications from the renowned Titleist Performance Institute.
